Pore thickness and diameter range from 20 to 280 nanometers, closed pore rate above 95%, and void rate over 96% (substrate removed) are processed by Y-Warm. This material has an extremely low thermal conductivity, similar to aerogel, but it also has several useful properties, such moisture permeability, rapid drying, and antibacterial properties. Additionally, after being drenched in water several times its initial weight, this new material may float on the water. At -40°C, folding 30,000 times won’t harm the cloth. Y-Warm has achieved a safety assurance for application by passing the standard EU test SVHC. Y-Warm’s exceptional insulating ability and unique qualities have led to its successful application in gloves, clothing, and other items. The market places a high value on items that use Y-Warm.
A new Y-Warm shoe application will be introduced this winter to provide lighter, more comfortable, and better-keeping shoes.
