
FESPA has announced the launch of its brand-new SmartHub feature at Personalisation Experience 2025, set to take place from 6–9 May 2025 at Messe Berlin, Germany. This new initiative will combine a curated conference programme with an interactive Smart Factory Trail, offering attendees insights into the latest advancements in personalisation and smart production.
What to Expect
The SmartHub Conference will run over the first three days of the event, featuring sessions led by industry experts and moderated by Frank Tueckmantel. Attendees can expect to explore the power of AI in mass customisation, data-driven marketing strategies, and innovative approaches in digital packaging and textile production. Sessions will highlight real-world applications and the business impact of smart manufacturing and personalisation.
Visitors can also participate in the Smart Factory Trail, accessible via the FESPA App and QR codes onsite. This trail will guide attendees through exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge technologies for on-demand production, personalisation software, and intelligent manufacturing.

Panel discussions, hosted by FESPA’s Textile Ambassador Debbie McKeegan and others, will dive into topics such as automation in textile production, sustainability in manufacturing, and the growth of B2B print-on-demand solutions across global markets.
