
Vienna, April 2025 – FILTREX™ 2025 concluded its 10th edition with strong momentum around innovation, sustainability, and regulatory foresight in the filtration industry. Over 100 experts gathered to explore next-gen filtration technologies, future challenges, and cross-sector collaboration.
Keynote by Dr. Frank Möbius emphasized open innovation, while speakers from companies like Ahlstrom, Hengst, and Gessner addressed new filter materials, PFAS-free solutions, and carbon footprint reduction.
A highlight was Johns Manville winning the FILTREX Innovation Award for its recycling innovation in HVAC glass microfiber waste.
Sustainability took center stage in roundtables featuring Freudenberg, Ahlstrom, and Hollingsworth & Vose. With discussions ranging from biodegradable media to environmental regulations, the event solidified its role as a global platform for meaningful exchange and progress.
