Circ®, a US-based textile-to-textile recycling innovator, has announced a strategic partnership with Arvind Limited, one of India’s largest integrated textile and apparel manufacturers. Under this five-year agreement, Arvind will purchase Circ’s lyocell staple fiber and polyester chips for large-scale integration into its garment and apparel production lines.
The deal is a major milestone in expanding access to Circ’s circular polyester and lyocell products, helping accelerate the shift towards textile-to-textile recycling at commercial scale. It will also enable global brands served by Arvind to more readily adopt next-generation recycled fibers.
“This partnership continues a new chapter in the textile industry where scale and sustainability work hand in hand,” said Peter Majeranowski, CEO of Circ. “By joining forces with one of the largest players in global textiles, we’re making textile-to-textile fibers available to more brands and unlocking circularity at true commercial scale.”
Arvind, known for its innovation and sustainability leadership in textiles, brings extensive global supply chain relationships and a broad customer network to the collaboration. Its ability to embed Circ’s recycled fibers directly into production will make the materials more accessible to multiple brands.
The partnership builds on years of collaboration, including joint product trials and initiatives such as Circ’s Fiber Club. Now, Arvind’s commitment to circular inputs ensures that recycled fibers can reach mass-market use.
“Our partnership with Circ brings innovative, recycled materials into our supply chain at scale. It enables us to offer our brand partners high-quality, circular fiber solutions that align with our commitment to the future of sustainable fashion,” said Abhishek Bansal, Senior Vice President – Sustainability, Arvind Limited.
Industry experts see this collaboration as a step toward lowering barriers for brands seeking to incorporate recycled textiles, ultimately expanding the global reach of circular materials in apparel.
