The upcoming ITMA ASIA + CITME, Singapore 2025, one of the region’s most anticipated exhibitions for sourcing cutting-edge textile and garment machinery, is set to open from 28–31 October 2025 at Singapore Expo. The showcase will feature over 800 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions, covering 19 product sectors across the entire textile and garment manufacturing value chain.
Since visitor registration opened in March, the event has drawn strong interest from industry professionals. To date, more than 80 textile and garment associations have pledged their support, including APTMA (Pakistan), API (Indonesia), AITI (Iran), CITI (India), ITC, MKMA (Malaysia), and SLAEA (Sri Lanka), many of which are also organizing trade delegations.
Mr. Kamran Arshad, Chairman of APTMA, highlighted the significance of the event, noting that their members are eager to explore innovations in automation, digitalisation, and resource efficiency, which can improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen compliance with global buyers. He added that Singapore’s accessibility makes participation easier for Pakistani members.
Mr. Joseph Ikpe, National President of the Garments and Footwear Factory Owners Association of Nigeria (GAFFOAN), emphasized the exhibition’s importance in enabling African manufacturers to make informed investment decisions. He pointed out that the Bank of Industry Fashion Fund offers favorable financing for equipment purchases, making this an opportune moment for Nigerian manufacturers to adopt advanced technologies.
With Africa emerging as a sourcing destination, he noted, “now is the time to invest in technology that matches our ambitions.”
Organized by ITMA Services, the exhibition offers early bird visitor registration until 28 September, with badges available at 50% off regular rates. Ms. Sylvia Phua, Project Director, encouraged participants to register early and highlighted Singapore’s exceptional value as a business and leisure destination. She pointed out that attendees can enjoy both the exhibition and the city’s cultural experiences, from street food to Michelin-starred dining.
