RE&UP Advances Circular Solutions at Textile Exchange 2025

RE&UP launched its participation at Textile Exchange 2025 with a strong focus on advancing circular textile systems. The event brings together a global network of innovators, brands, and sustainability leaders dedicated to transforming the future of textiles.

This year’s conference, themed “Shifting Landscapes: Connecting Environmental Adaptation and Systems Transformation,” explores how the fashion and textile industries can accelerate innovation and transition toward full circularity.

On the opening day, Ebru Ozkucuk Guler, Chief Sustainability Officer at RE&UP, joined the panel discussion “Toward Impactful Textile-to-Textile Recycling Systems” alongside Suhas Khandagale (H&M) and Cyndi Rhoades (Circle-8 Textile Ecosystems). The dynamic session addressed the evolving landscape of textile-to-textile recycling, focusing on scaling feedstock availability, tackling sorting inefficiencies, aligning with upcoming legislation, and identifying collaborative pathways to foster circularity.

“If we truly want to create a solution, brands must stay committed—stepping back is no longer an option,” said Ebru Ozkucuk Guler of RE&UP. “We were thrilled to share insights and explore actionable solutions with partners equally dedicated to circularity.”

Beyond the panel, RE&UP is presenting its innovative circular textile technologies and connecting with brands and supply chain partners to convert sustainability pledges into measurable outcomes. By bridging policy frameworks with tangible on-ground solutions, RE&UP continues to prove that circularity is not a distant goal but a practical and achievable transformation for the textile industry.
