Galgotias University has secured notable positions in the QS World University Rankings 2026 for sustainability, emphasising its commitment to responsible and future-focused education. The university ranked 18th among India’s top private institutions and 49th among all government and private institutions nationally. In specific categories, it placed 38th in Social Impact, 55th in Environmental Impact, and 59th in Governance across India.
These rankings highlight Galgotias University’s focus on community development, inclusion, ecological sustainability, and transparent governance. Dr Dhruv Galgotia, CEO, stated that sustainability is deeply embedded in the university’s culture, pedagogy, and vision for nation-building. The university also strengthened its global profile with rankings such as 15th among private universities and 43rd among all universities in India in the QS Asia 2026 rankings.
