Lever Style Expands Global Apparel Reach with Active Apparel Group Acquisition

Lever Style Corporation (HKEX: 1346, “Lever Style”) has acquired selected assets of Active Apparel Group (“AAG”) through an asset purchase agreement, marking the company’s seventh acquisition since its 2019 initial public offering. The deal strengthens Lever Style’s expertise in activewear and performance apparel.

Active Apparel Group brings 38 years of experience serving premium global brands, with deep capabilities across activewear, outerwear, and swimwear. AAG’s focus on activewear—the fastest-growing apparel segment—complements Lever Style’s existing fashion portfolio. Its premium products and client base align with Lever Style’s positioning, enabling cross-selling opportunities across product categories and improving operational efficiency.

Lever Style already has a robust presence in activewear and performance apparel, supplying top global brands such as Arc’teryx, Columbia Sportswear, Helly Hansen, Spanx, Skims, and J.Lindeberg. The Group also partners with a broad spectrum of premium and contemporary brands, including Alexander Wang, Theory, and Todd Snyder, as well as digitally native brands like Bonobos and Ministry of Supply.

Active Apparel Group manufactures for leading technical and lifestyle brands, including Greyson, Johnnie-O, Sun Day Red, Boggi, and Bandit Running, further reinforcing Lever Style’s global production capabilities.

The apparel sector faced significant challenges in 2025, with US tariffs and ongoing instability in Europe affecting markets. In response to these headwinds and the potential risk of a tariff-induced US recession in 2026, Lever Style has emphasized strategic acquisitions to drive inorganic growth.
