FESPA has unveiled its conference programmes and feature highlights for its 2026 events, scheduled to take place from May 19–22 at the Gran Via venue, Fira de Barcelona. Alongside six co-located events—FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, Corrugated, and Textile—visitors will have access to a comprehensive lineup of knowledge-sharing sessions and live experiences.
Attendees can participate in three dedicated conference programmes: the FESPA Conference, the Corrugated Conference, and WrapTalks. In addition, the event will host the World Wrap Masters Europe competition and the global finals. Sessions will be conducted in English and Spanish, with live translation available in Portuguese, French, German, and Italian, ensuring accessibility for an international audience.

Making its debut, the Corrugated Conference will focus on developments within the corrugated packaging sector. This free-to-attend programme will feature expert-led sessions addressing challenges and opportunities in the industry. Key discussions will explore automation, digitalisation, packaging regulations, and the future of corrugated production, offering practical insights for converters and manufacturers.
WrapTalks Programme
At WrapFest 2026, the WrapTalks programme will present real-world case studies and industry insights covering the full spectrum of the wrap sector, from vehicle wraps to architectural applications. Sessions will highlight creative projects, production workflows, and emerging opportunities, while also addressing diversity and inclusion within the industry.
Feature Highlight: World Wrap Masters
A major attraction at WrapFest will be the World Wrap Masters competitions. The European round will take place on May 19–20, followed by the global finals on May 21–22. Competitors will participate in timed challenges, wrapping vehicles and complex objects, with top regional winners competing for the global title.
Beyond the competition, visitors can attend daily live demonstrations led by industry experts, offering practical tips on efficient installation techniques. The event will also showcase a wide range of wrap-related technologies, including self-adhesive films, design software, tools, and accessories, alongside solutions for vehicle wrapping, paint protection films, window tinting, and architectural interiors.
Driving industry collaboration and growth
Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, emphasized that the expanded conference programmes aim to foster knowledge exchange, networking, and business growth. He noted that the inclusion of WrapFest, Corrugated, and Textile within the broader FESPA 2026 framework reflects the organisation’s commitment to bringing together professionals from across the speciality print ecosystem.
With its expanded event portfolio and diverse content offerings, FESPA 2026 is set to provide a comprehensive platform for innovation, collaboration, and future-focused discussions across print, packaging, and textile industries.
