Wiliot Expands Leadership to Scale Physical AI in Supply Chains

Wiliot, a global innovator in Physical AI for supply chains, has announced the expansion of its go-to-market (GTM) leadership team with the appointments of Adi Applebaum as Chief Business Officer, Kurt Nantkes as Chief Revenue Officer, and Amir Khoshniyati as Vice President of Marketing.

These leadership additions come as the company scales operations to meet growing worldwide demand for its Physical AI platform. The platform enables organizations to continuously capture, interpret, and act on real-time physical data across supply chain processes.

Supply chains are rapidly becoming a key environment for large-scale deployment of Physical AI, as businesses increasingly prioritize real-time visibility, automation, and data-driven decision-making in complex operations. Wiliot’s technology is already being used by major global enterprises across sectors such as retail, grocery, food service, quick-service restaurants (QSR), postal services, and logistics.

The expanded GTM leadership team will focus on accelerating global growth, supporting customer expansion, and driving broader adoption of Wiliot’s AI-powered supply chain solutions.

“Demand for real-time, physical-world supply chain intelligence is accelerating, and our customers are scaling deployments globally while expanding into new use cases,” said Tal Tamir, Co-Founder and CEO of Wiliot. “To meet this moment, we’ve built a leadership team with deep experience across supply chain, AI, robotics, and IoT. Under Adi, Kurt, and Amir’s leadership, we have the right team in place to continue to scale globally and capture the opportunity ahead.”

Leadership Driving the Next Growth Phase

As Chief Business Officer, Adi Applebaum will oversee product development and the Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) team, which collaborates directly with customers to implement and scale Physical AI solutions within enterprise systems, ensuring faster time-to-value.

Kurt Nantkes, as Chief Revenue Officer, will lead global sales and revenue strategies, focusing on expanding enterprise adoption and strengthening Wiliot’s global footprint. He brings extensive experience from leadership roles in supply chain, robotics, and logistics technology companies.

As Vice President of Marketing, Amir Khoshniyati will guide global marketing strategy and execution. With strong expertise in IoT and connected technologies, he has previously led key initiatives in NFC and smart technology ecosystems and continues to contribute to industry development through advisory roles.

Strong Commercial Momentum

The leadership expansion follows a period of significant business growth. Over the past year, Wiliot has onboarded major enterprise customers in sectors such as food and beverage, QSR, and logistics, while expanding deployments with several Fortune 10 companies. Since early 2026, the company has also initiated multiple pilot programs that are now scaling at a national level.

Currently, Wiliot’s Physical AI platform operates at production scale, tracking over 500,000 assets daily, processing more than 1.25 terabytes of data each day, generating 235 million events, and utilizing 38 machine learning models to convert physical data into actionable insights.

Measurable Business Impact

Wiliot’s solutions are delivering tangible results across supply chains. Companies are achieving inventory accuracy levels above 99%, reducing excess inventory by around 20%, and cutting dock-to-stock cycle times from 24–48 hours to as little as 2–6 hours. Additionally, receiving labor has been reduced by 30–50%, and mis-shipments have decreased by up to 90%.

These improvements translate into substantial financial benefits, including millions in annual savings across inventory operations, automated receiving, outbound logistics, reusable asset tracking, and cold chain management.

Enabling the Future of Supply Chains

Wiliot’s platform builds a continuous sensing layer across supply chains using battery-free IoT Pixels that capture real-time data such as location, temperature, humidity, and light. This data is processed to generate insights and automate workflows, helping organizations align digital systems with physical operations.

As companies strive for smarter, more resilient supply chains, Physical AI is becoming a foundational technology. With its strengthened leadership team, Wiliot is well-positioned to accelerate this transformation globally.
