FESPA Textile Event 2026 Debuts in Barcelona

FESPA is set to debut its first dedicated Textile event at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via from May 19–22, 2026, bringing together global professionals from across the textile and printing industries.

Co-located with major events including FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, European Sign Expo 2026, Personalisation Experience 2026, WrapFest 2026, and the newly introduced Corrugated event, the exhibition aims to create a comprehensive platform for innovation, networking, and cross-sector collaboration.

Focus on Textile Innovation and Technology

The new Textile event will bring together professionals from fashion, apparel, and interior décor sectors to explore emerging trends and advanced printing technologies. Visitors can experience a wide spectrum of solutions, including roll-to-roll systems, direct-to-garment (DTG), and direct-to-fabric (DTF) technologies.

Hosted in Hall 3, the exhibition space is designed to provide practical insights for printers, garment manufacturers, designers, and brands looking to enhance production efficiency while adopting more sustainable textile printing practices.

Leading Exhibitors and Industry Participation

Confirmed exhibitors include major technology providers such as Brother Industries, Kornit Digital, KYOCERA, M&R Printing Equipment, Polyprint, ROQ International, STAHLS, and Tajima Industries, among others.

Conference Highlights and Key Topics

Running alongside the exhibition, the FESPA conference will feature sessions focused on improving productivity, reducing waste, enhancing sustainability, and leveraging data-driven workflows across textile production.

Panel discussions and live demonstrations will cover key topics such as:

  • End-to-end digital workflows
  • Sustainable material selection
  • Circular textile models
  • Agile and flexible production strategies

Sessions will be moderated by Debbie McKeegan, with highlights including:

  • The Digital Switch: Textile Technologies and Key Market Insights
  • Décor on Demand: Design to Dispatch and the Printed Interior
  • Added Value Apparel: Surface Effects and Embellishment for Garment Decoration

Strengthening FESPA’s Textile Legacy

The new event builds on FESPA’s 60-year legacy in textile printing, expanding its focus on fast-growing segments such as sportswear, garment decoration, and personalization.

Duncan MacOwan, Head of Marketing & Events at FESPA, said:
“It’s always exciting to introduce new elements to the FESPA events lineup. Textile will provide a platform for specialists in fashion, apparel, sportswear, interior décor and more, to explore a wide range of products and solutions. At the same time, the event strengthens FESPA’s long-standing heritage in the textile printing industry. This inaugural event promises to deliver exciting opportunities not only for the textile community, but for the entire FESPA network. The FESPA team and I can’t wait to welcome everyone to its first edition this May.”

Registration grants access to all six co-located events, with free entry available for members of FESPA national associations and FESPA Direct.
