ASDC and PES University Partner to Elevate Industry-Aligned Skilling
The Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) has entered into a strategic partnership with PES University to advance industry-relevant education in automation and related domains. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on March 13, aims to integrate ASDC’s assessment framework into PES University’s advanced skilling programs, ensuring alignment with industry expectations and boosting student employability.
The MoU was exchanged between Mr. Arindam Lahiri, CEO of ASDC, and Dr. J Surya Prasad, Vice-Chancellor of PES University, in the presence of Mr. F R Singhvi, ASDC President and Joint MD of Sansera Engineering Ltd.
This collaboration signifies a step forward in strengthening the connection between academic curricula and real-world industry needs, particularly in areas such as automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing. PES University’s embedded skilling curriculum, combined with ASDC’s industry-recognized assessments, will equip students with future-ready expertise and recognized certifications.
