Beetle Regen: Pioneering Regenerative Farming & Carbon Neutrality

Beetle Regen Solutions is redefining sustainable agriculture through a regenerative farming model that is both science-based and future-ready. Founded in 2023 by Amol Mishra and Hemant Rajput, the company focuses on building regenerative, traceable, and carbon-neutral supply chains across textile, apparel, and agriculture sectors.

With a farmer-first approach, Beetle Regen ensures sustainability is profitable and self-sustaining. The initiative has already impacted over 70,000 farmers across 100,000 hectares. Its work spans improving yields, scaling regenerative farming practices, and enabling carbon removal solutions.

Through collaborations with the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) and the Cotton Development Research Association (CDRA), Beetle Regen promotes farmer training programs, soil restoration, and climate-resilient techniques such as High-Density Planting Systems (HDPS), which optimize land use and inputs while boosting productivity.

A cornerstone of Beetle’s approach is Biochar, a carbon removal solution that enriches soil and sequesters 23–25% of emissions from a cotton T-shirt. Using over 2,300 tonnes of cotton crop residue, the company has produced 800 tonnes of biochar, unlocking an annual carbon sequestration potential of 328,000–403,000 tCO₂e.

Beetle Regen empowers fashion and textile brands to take measurable climate action aligned with SBTi guidelines, converting agricultural waste into long-term soil carbon, reducing on-farm emissions, and creating fully traceable supply chains. By integrating environmental integrity with farmer prosperity, the company is setting a new standard for climate-neutral textile sourcing.
