Gökhan Şen Launches Third Furnace at Park Cam Facility

Gökhan Şen has successfully launched its third furnace at the Park Cam factory, located in the Bozüyük Industrial Zone near Istanbul, Turkey. This expansion increases the plant’s total production capacity by 50%, enabling the factory to deliver 1,500 tons of glass daily—equivalent to 9 million bottles—across Turkey and Europe.

The new furnace, currently in its heat-up phase, is expected to reach full operational capacity by the end of May. With this addition, Ciner Glass is on track to supply 25% of the Turkish glass bottle market, reinforcing its position as a key industry leader.

Founded in 2011, the Park Cam facility began operations in 2013 and expanded with a second line in 2015. Known as one of the most sustainable glass plants in Turkey, Park Cam uses lightweight bottle designs to help reduce carbon emissions across the supply chain.

“This is a monumental milestone,” said Gokhan Cen, CEO of Ciner Glass. “The successful opening of our third furnace reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and supporting the expanding European glass market. We’re proud of our team’s dedication and look forward to continued success.”
