Clean India Show & Laundrex India 2025 Wraps Successfully

Clean India Show, co-located with Laundrex India, concluded successfully at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. The integrated exhibition highlighted next-generation technologies for cleaning, hygiene, facility management and laundry care. Over three days, the show attracted 8,762 visitors from 266 Indian cities and 18 countries, reflecting its growing national and global reach.

Notably, visitors arrived from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in large numbers. As a result, the expo strengthened its role as a pan-India platform for innovation and sourcing in cleaning and hygiene.

Organised jointly by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India and Virtual Info Systems (VIS Group), the event showcased advanced solutions across multiple segments. These included robotic cleaning systems, air quality monitoring tools, automation software, green chemicals, waterless sanitation technologies, surface care, city cleaning systems, waste management solutions and modern laundry and dry-cleaning equipment.

Moreover, the show welcomed strong participation from railways, urban local bodies, smart city authorities, state departments, town planners and research firms. Consequently, the exhibition floor and conferences witnessed high engagement throughout the three days.

This year, the show featured two dedicated zones — the Smart City Pavilion and the Start-up Pavilion. Together, they presented innovations in sanitation, hygiene and waste management. In addition, emerging companies showcased drones, smart tools, advanced chemicals and sustainable technologies, linking innovation with urban development.

Meanwhile, Clean India Show hosted knowledge-driven conferences and networking forums. The Waste Management and Technology Conference explored smarter city models. The CEO2CEO Roundtable enabled strategic discussions among industry leaders. Furthermore, the DIGIFM Conference focused on digital transformation in facility management. The CREFM Masterstroke Awards honoured excellence in corporate real estate and FM, while Laundrex Net spotlighted innovations in laundry and textile care.

Exhibitors expressed strong satisfaction with the quality of visitors and business interactions.
Mr. Manoj Wanvari, COO, O’terri, said: “Laundrex has been a fascinating platform to engage with the laundry community. The response has been overwhelming, with visitors keen on tracking and traceability solutions.”

In addition, live demonstrations attracted major attention. KTV Drone India impressed visitors with cleaning drones.
Mr. Mikhil Kotak, MD, KTV Drone India, noted: “The show has been amazing. We received excellent interest from buyers, and live demos helped us connect better with customers.”

Similarly, Kinetiq RRobotics showcased AI-driven robots working together.
Mr. Divya Ramraika, Founder, said: “We met a unique mix of visitors from hotels, hospitals and education. Many showed strong interest in adopting robotic cleaning solutions.”

At Laundrex India, Borghi India ran a live demo of its Star Gamma machine.
Mr. Gianluca Novelli, Sales Area Manager, Borghi SPA, shared: “We participate every year because our customers and distributors visit this show. It is a great platform for business opportunities.”

Meanwhile, Whirlpool Corporation highlighted its Maytag commercial laundry solutions in India.
Mr. Carlos Vasquez, Senior International Manager, said: “The growing demand for laundry solutions in India makes our presence here important. Clean India Show offers the right platform to connect with partners and customers.”

First-time exhibitor from Sweden, SMRT Systems, launched its AI and automation platform.
Mr. Milad Alhelal, Account Executive, said: “We saw huge interest from Indian players. The response exceeded our expectations, especially for AI-based solutions.”

Visitors also praised the show’s diversity and ambience.
Mr. Geetesh Saraf, MD, Urja Facility Management Services, remarked: “This show brings together the entire ecosystem. Every year, it becomes better and more impactful.”
Likewise, Mr. Aniruddha Singh, Knight Frank India, added: “The eco-friendly chemicals and new equipment launches were impressive. The show highlights key market trends.”

Overall, Clean India Show & Laundrex India 2025 delivered power-packed conferences, strong footfall and meaningful business connections. Therefore, the exhibition reaffirmed its position as India’s leading platform for cleaning, hygiene and laundry technologies.
