Dilo and Kansan Announce Strategic Alliance at IDEA 2025
At the IDEA 2025 expo in Miami, Dilo Systems GmbH and Kansan Group officially launched a strategic partnership to supply advanced, customized nonwoven production lines. Dilo, known for its engineering and needling technology, and Kansan, a leader in converting and wetlaid systems, will combine their expertise to offer seamless solutions from fiber preparation to final product packaging.
Targeting hygiene, medical, and technical applications, the partnership aims to develop high-performance nonwovens using sustainable materials like short-cut cellulose fibers. These eco-friendly materials enable efficient absorption and improved flushability—key for disposable hygiene products.
Dilo will lead engineering efforts, integrating its latest “CycloPunch” and “MicroPunch” needling technologies with Kansan’s automation-driven converting lines. Together, they will offer full-scale production systems including carded, hydroentangled, and wetlaid nonwovens.
With a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability, the alliance is set to expand global market reach and enhance production efficiency for customers worldwide.
