FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, alongside European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience, brought together key innovators and leaders from the global speciality print sector in Berlin from May 6–9. This flagship event provided a collaborative space to explore breakthrough technologies, define future business strategies, and harness market trends into actionable opportunities.

The expo welcomed over 23,000 attendees from 126 countries, with 14,036 unique visitors, marking a 10.5% rise over 2024. A significant 87% of attendees were decision-makers, with 71% holding top-level roles such as directors, CEOs, or owners. The collective median purchasing budget reached €2.9 billion, with 40% aiming to invest in new solutions within a year.
The event featured over 100 product launches, high-impact keynote sessions through the SmartHub Conference, and immersive displays in print, signage, and personalisation technologies. Enthusiastic feedback from global companies—including HP, Brother, NSELED, Sygns, and DCC Group—highlighted the event’s strength as a springboard for innovation, networking, and business growth.
Next year, FESPA 2026 will move to Fira de Barcelona, Spain (May 19–22), promising another milestone in print industry evolution.
