INDA Awards Carl Cucuzza & Lynda Kelly for Lifetime Service

INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, has honored two industry pioneers—Carl Cucuzza and Lynda Kelly—with the 2025 Lifetime Service Awards for their decades of commitment and leadership in the nonwovens sector.

Carl Cucuzza, former President of Teknoweb North America, will be recognized at the Hygienix™ Conference on November 18. With a career spanning over 35 years, Carl played a critical role in advancing converting technologies for disposable hygiene products and contributed to industry growth through numerous patents, presentations, and advisory roles.

Lynda Kelly, who retired in 2023 as SVP of Americas & Business Development at Suominen Corporation, will receive her award at IDEA®25 on April 29. Lynda’s extensive experience across top nonwovens companies and her active role in shaping industry standards have made her a respected leader and mentor within the global nonwovens community.

Matt O’Sickey, INDA’s Director of Education & Technical Affairs, praised both honorees: “Carl and Lynda have helped shape the fabric of this industry—literally and figuratively. Their impact is lasting, and this recognition is well-deserved.”

Both recipients have demonstrated unwavering dedication to innovation, mentorship, and collaboration throughout their careers, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire the next generation of nonwovens professionals.
