Indorama Ventures Launches Skin-Friendly deja™ Care

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL), a global sustainable chemical company, has launched deja™ Care, a new range of skin-friendly PET fibers and filament yarns for apparel. The fibers are tested against 17 harmful chemicals and certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, DIN EN 71-3, and ISO 17294-2, ensuring safety and sustainability for garments that touch the skin.

Eco-Friendly Chemistry for Everyday Apparel

With deja™ Care, Indorama Ventures uses more environmentally friendly chemicals during PET polymerization. This approach lets brands create skin-sensitive clothing such as maternity wear, underwear, children’s clothing, school uniforms, and daily essentials.

The fibers combine comfort and sustainability, letting manufacturers provide high-quality apparel without harming the environment.

Full Production Control for Quality and Traceability

Indorama Ventures manufactures all deja™ Care fibers in its fully integrated facilities across Asia. This setup ensures complete control over production and traceability at every stage.

These fibers already perform well in hygiene products like baby wipes and diapers. Now, apparel brands can use them to produce sustainable, skin-friendly fashion.

The production process also reduces water pollution, sludge, and wastewater, allowing fabric makers to follow cleaner manufacturing practices.

Supporting Sustainable Innovation

IVL invites brand owners and fabric producers to contact their account manager or email enquiry.fibers@indorama.net to explore certified, eco-friendly solutions.

The deja™ Care portfolio also includes recycled and bio-based fibers, giving manufacturers flexibility to create diverse sustainable products.
