New Spandex Stretch Innovations at Kingpins Amsterdam

April 3, 2025 – Seoul, South Korea: Hyosung, the global leader in spandex production, is set to showcase its latest eco-conscious denim solutions at the upcoming Kingpins Amsterdam trade show on April 16-17. Known for its extensive CREORA® Spandex and sustainable regen™ lines, Hyosung will present advanced stretch fibers tailored for the evolving needs of the denim industry.

Key highlights include the enhanced regen BIO Spandex range, featuring regen BIO + and regen BIO Max Spandex—both crafted with a higher percentage of renewable resources. The company will also spotlight its RCS-certified, 100% recycled regen™ Spandex, created from industrial waste; CREORA 3D Max Spandex, offering superior stretch and recovery with minimal spandex content to improve recyclability; and CREORA Slip Free Spandex, which improves seam durability and reduces fabric waste.

“Brands approach sustainability in different ways—whether it’s through recycled, bio-based, or recyclable materials,” said Simon Hong, Hyosung’s Global Denim Marketing Director. “Our goal is to deliver solutions that are tailored to their unique paths.”

Beyond its product lineup, Hyosung continues its sponsorship of the Kingpins Future Fit Forum and will collaborate on Kingpins BOXES—showcasing garments made from Levi’s 501 deadstock denim using Hyosung’s regen spandex innovations. The company will also host a Future Fit Forum seminar on April 16 at 2:00 PM, exploring denim trends for the next five years.
