
New Delhi, May 13, 2025 – RSWM Ltd., a leading Indian textile manufacturer, reported a net profit of ₹1.6 Cr for Q4 FY25, marking a return to profitability. Quarterly revenue rose to ₹1,256 Cr, up 7.2% year-over-year and 5% quarter-over-quarter, supported by stronger volumes and improved realizations.
EBITDA for the quarter increased by 44.8% YoY to ₹79 Cr, reflecting effective cost management and operational efficiencies. Despite a full-year net loss of ₹41 Cr, FY25 revenue grew 18.9% to ₹4,825 Cr, with a notable 76.8% jump in EBITDA to ₹233 Cr.
Key initiatives included:
- Panchtatva, a sustainable textile innovation inspired by the five elements of nature.
- A graphene-enhanced textiles partnership with Birla Cellulose and TACC Ltd.
- A ₹250 Cr strategic energy investment through Bhilwara Energy Ltd.
CMD Riju Jhunjhunwala emphasized a shift toward a more agile and sustainable RSWM 2.0, citing plans to expand exports, embrace tech-led efficiency, and drive ESG goals in FY26.
