Successful Conclusion of PRSI & UTECH India 2024

Next Edition Announced for November 13–15, 2025 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai

Mumbai, April 7, 2025 – The inaugural editions of Plastics Recycling Show India (PRSI) 2024 and UTECH India – Sustainable Polyurethane and Foam Expo (ISPUF) 2024, organized by Crain Communications and Media Fusion, concluded with outstanding success in December 2024. The events served as a pioneering platform for innovation, sustainability, and industry collaboration in plastic recycling, polyurethane, and foam technologies.

PRSI 2024 attracted over 6,000 visitors and hosted more than 120 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge solutions in plastic recycling, sustainable materials, and waste management. The conference program featured deep-dives into Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), advances in recycling technologies, regulatory updates, and best practices in waste segregation.

A major highlight was the Plastics Recycling Awards India, which recognized exemplary achievements across six categories. Honorees included Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd., Pashupati Group, DOMO Engineering Plastics India, Ishitva Robotic Systems, and Banyan Nation, among others.

Simultaneously, ISPUF 2024 – featuring the Sleep Expo India Pavilion – welcomed 2,700+ visitors and around 50 exhibitors, spotlighting innovations in polyurethane and foam. With 18 expert speakers, the conference explored sustainable PU applications, mattress manufacturing trends, and advancements in production technologies.

The shows were supported by key industry associations such as the Builders’ Association of India, Indian Plastics Institute (IPI), Association of Furniture Manufacturers and Traders, and Association of PET Recyclers Bharat (APR Bharat).

Looking ahead, the second editions of PRSI and ISPUF are set to return from November 13–15, 2025, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. These events will feature expanded industry participation, deeper insights, and unparalleled networking, further accelerating the push toward sustainability.
