A spinning mill, a lamination and clothing business in Tirupur, a processing plant in Erode, and a coating division in Coimbatore are among the company’s divisions.

In Q2 FY ’24, the firm recorded a net loss of US $ 301,000 (Rs 2.59 crore), however in Q2 FY ’25, it reported a consolidated net profit of US $322,000. Net sales for the second quarter of FY ’25 were US $11.19 million (Rs. 95.19 crore), a 3.6% year-over-year decline.
