Vishal Fabrics Secures ₹100 Crore Merchant Export Order from Kiran Enterprises

Vishal Fabrics Limited has announced that it has received a Merchant Export Order worth ₹100 crore from Kiran Enterprises. Under this agreement, the company will manufacture a wide range of denim fabrics for export to markets including Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa, Turkey, Morocco and Lesotho. Dispatches are scheduled to begin on 15 January 2026.

The long-standing partnership between the two companies is built on consistent delivery, product reliability, and shared business values. Vishal Fabrics’ manufacturing capabilities, advanced processes, high production capacity, competitive pricing, and strong logistics framework played an important role in securing the order.

The denim to be produced will comply with major international quality and environmental standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OEKO-TEX® Standard, GOTS, and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) requirements.

Commenting on the development, CEO Suketu Shah said the order strengthens their presence in international markets and reflects Kiran Enterprises’ confidence in their capabilities. Sahil Chawla, Partner at Kiran Enterprises, noted that Vishal Fabrics has been a dependable supplier, supporting their expansion in global markets.

The partnership aims to further enhance sustainable manufacturing and reinforce supply capabilities within the global denim ecosystem.
