ASDC & Steinbeis University Partner for 1+1 Master’s Program

New Delhi: The Automotive Skill Development Council (ASDC) and Steinbeis University, Germany, have inked a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a 1+1 Master’s Program that will give students exposure to the global economy and industry-relevant

education, as well as improved career options, such as employment opportunities after graduation prior to going back to India. The ASDC Chairman, ASDC CEO, and representatives from Steinbeis University attended the signing event in New Delhi.

With the 1+1 Master’s Program, students will have the exceptional chance to complete a year of coursework at a partner Indian university and then a second year at Steinbeis University in Germany, earning a dual degree certification. In addition to fostering academic success, the program aims to facilitate post-graduation job placements in Germany so that students can have global work experience before returning to India with their knowledge.

This collaboration redefines higher education in the automotive sector by equipping students with internationally recognized credentials, hands-on industry training, and exposure to cutting-edge global automotive technologies.

F R Singhvi, President of ASDC, emphasised the importance of this project during the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding.
