Event Details
Dilo Group, together with Kansan Materials, will present its latest innovations at ITMA Asia 2025. The event takes place from 28 – 31 October 2025 in Singapore at Booth No. H2 – D202.
What to Expect
At the booth, Dilo will demonstrate a variety of complete nonwoven lines, specialty machinery, and nonwoven products from its Research and Application Centre. Visitors will also receive updates on service enhancements, software solutions, and new areas of expertise.
Focus on Needling Technology
Dilo has long been a leader in needling technology. The company offers state-of-the-art needling lines through Temafa, Spinnbau, DiloMachines, DiloSystems, and DG Engineering. These systems are designed to deliver cost-efficient production while reducing energy use.
Innovations in Lightweight Nonwovens
Dilo is focusing on producing lightweight products below 100 g/sqm for hygiene, cosmetic, and medical applications. The MicroPunch model series can produce fabrics weighing around 30 g/sqm. These fabrics can be mechanically consolidated by needling or combined with light thermobonding.
Unique Patterning with 3D-Lofter Technology
The 3D-Lofter uses additive manufacturing to add colored fibers to needled substrates. This creates appealing patterns, including “sliding colours” effects, ideal for modern architectural and interior designs. Applications range from acoustic panels to automotive interior parts.
New Equipment for Enhanced Production
The IsoFeed VRS card feeder produces lower web weights with improved evenness.
The PowerPunch needle loom reduces vibration for smoother operation.
The SuperPunch system extends the range of advance per stroke, enabling high throughput at low cost.
Expanding Services and Sustainability
Dilo has expanded its services with the MODILOUS needle board system, reducing costs and maintenance time. Their goal is to modernize needle punching technology to increase productivity and expand patterning capabilities while keeping energy and water use minimal.
