DiloGroup Receives Order for Complete Nonwoven Needling Line for Hygiene Materials in the United States

DiloGroup has secured an order for a complete needling line designed for the production of hygiene materials in the United States. The project strengthens DiloGroup’s presence in the American hygiene market and highlights the growing demand for advanced, high-performance nonwoven manufacturing solutions.

The new production line will provide the customer with a modern and efficient setup designed to meet the increasing requirements of the U.S. hygiene materials sector. The complete system covers all major process stages, from fiber preparation to final needling, ensuring consistent quality, high productivity, and reliable operation.

Advanced Fiber Preparation and Nonwoven Processing Technology

The supplied line begins with a state-of-the-art fiber opening section featuring the latest TEMAFA fiber-opening and filtration system. This technology enables precise fiber preparation, stable processing conditions, and effective dust and particle management throughout the production process.

The installation also includes card feeding and carding technology from Dilo Spinnbau, ensuring controlled fiber distribution and uniform web formation. These systems are designed to support efficient production while maintaining consistent material properties required for hygiene applications.

At the heart of the line are high-performance crosslappers and needlelooms supplied by DiloMachines, supported by the CV1 system. The advanced configuration enables precise fiber orientation, stable web handling, and high production throughput.

Supporting High-Quality Hygiene Material Production

The new needling line demonstrates the advantages of DiloGroup’s high-capacity nonwoven equipment, particularly for applications where process stability, uniform web quality, and consistent production parameters are critical.

Needlepunch nonwoven materials are widely used in various industrial and hygiene-related applications due to their strength, durability, and adaptable performance characteristics. The new installation will allow the customer to produce materials meeting the demanding requirements of the U.S. hygiene market.

Expanding DiloGroup’s Global Nonwoven Solutions

The order reflects continued confidence in DiloGroup’s integrated nonwoven production solutions and decades of expertise in designing complete manufacturing systems.

By combining fiber preparation, carding, crosslapping, and needling technologies within one production line, DiloGroup continues to support manufacturers worldwide in achieving higher efficiency, improved product quality, and sustainable production performance.
