The new production line will provide the customer with a modern and efficient setup designed to meet the increasing requirements of the U.S. hygiene materials sector. The complete system covers all major process stages, from fiber preparation to final needling, ensuring consistent quality, high productivity, and reliable operation.
Advanced Fiber Preparation and Nonwoven Processing Technology
The supplied line begins with a state-of-the-art fiber opening section featuring the latest TEMAFA fiber-opening and filtration system. This technology enables precise fiber preparation, stable processing conditions, and effective dust and particle management throughout the production process.
The installation also includes card feeding and carding technology from Dilo Spinnbau, ensuring controlled fiber distribution and uniform web formation. These systems are designed to support efficient production while maintaining consistent material properties required for hygiene applications.
At the heart of the line are high-performance crosslappers and needlelooms supplied by DiloMachines, supported by the CV1 system. The advanced configuration enables precise fiber orientation, stable web handling, and high production throughput.
