Workshop organized to promote ‘ATA Carnet System’ in India

As you are aware ATA Carnet is an internationally accepted customs document used by members of the exporting community from India, to travel abroad with commercial samples for participating in an exhibition/ trade fair or for a business promotion tour. We are pleased to inform you that FICCI, as the apex Chamber, is the National Issuing & Guaranteeing Association (NIGA) for Issuing and guaranteeing ATA Carnets in India.
FICCI has been organizing several workshops every year in all important cities in India to create awareness about this important international instrument. To take this task further, we are now organizing a similar workshop in Bengaluru as per the following schedule:

Time : 3.30 PM – 6 PM
Venue : Hotel Lalit Ashok, Kumara Krupa Highgrounds, Bengaluru
The focus of the workshop will be to familiarize the industry representatives with the operational aspects of using an ATA Carnet. It will be a platform where the industry can bring out issues involved with respect to temporary imports of goods and can benefit from the deliberations of the session.
