GHCL Textiles is presenting its portfolio of premium yarns, high-end shirting fabrics and advanced knitted fabric solutions at Bharat Tex 2026, highlighting the company’s expanding manufacturing capabilities and focus on sustainable textile production.
The four-day exhibition, being held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, brings together buyers, manufacturers, policymakers and industry stakeholders from across the global textile value chain.
At the event, GHCL Textiles is showcasing its premium yarn portfolio alongside its advanced knitting capabilities supported by 40 state-of-the-art knitting machines, strengthening the company’s vertically integrated manufacturing operations. The display includes high-quality shirting fabrics and knitted fabrics developed for domestic and international markets.
With a legacy spanning 99 years, GHCL Textiles has established itself as a manufacturer of premium yarns and fabrics, focusing on quality, innovation and sustainability. The company’s manufacturing facilities in Tamil Nadu operate at more than 98% capacity utilisation and are powered by 75% renewable energy.
GHCL Textiles has an annual production capacity of 47,000 tonnes and employs a workforce in which 80% are women, supporting its manufacturing operations while supplying customers in India and overseas.
Commenting on the company’s participation, Marshal Sonavane, CEO of GHCL Textiles Limited, said Bharat Tex 2026 provides an opportunity to exchange ideas and gain insights into emerging technologies, industry trends and future growth opportunities. He added that the company’s investments in vertical integration, specialised yarns, premium fabrics, renewable energy and operational excellence will further strengthen its capabilities and support long-term growth.
Inspired by the Prime Minister’s 5F Vision – Farm to Fibre to Factory to Fashion to Foreign, Bharat Tex 2026 is expected to attract more than 1.3 lakh trade visitors. The event features over 3,500 exhibitors, more than 7,000 international buyers, and the signing of over 20 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) covering trade, investment, technology, sustainability, market access and institutional collaboration.
