Honda Rolls Out Rebel 500 Cruiser in Indian Market
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has unveiled the Rebel 500 cruiser motorcycle, priced at ₹5.12 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram). Bookings are now open at select BigWing Topline dealerships in Gurugram, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
The Rebel 500 features a 471cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine delivering 46 hp and 43.3 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Designed for both seasoned riders and new enthusiasts, the bike offers a low 690mm seat height, 11.2-litre fuel tank, and 16-inch wheels.
Blending retro style with modern safety and performance, it sports dual-channel ABS, a negative LCD instrument cluster, and signature round LED headlamp. Its blacked-out aesthetics add to the bike’s rugged cruiser appeal.
Set to rival the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 and Kawasaki Eliminator 500, the Rebel 500 marks Honda’s entry into the mid-size premium cruiser segment. With this launch, Honda aims to capture a larger share of India’s luxury motorcycle market.
