i-Hub, ITAMMA and the “B K Mehta Endowment Fund” will present the third installment of the B K Mehta Technology Networking Mission.

The event flow was presented to ITAMMA members, students, and industry experts by Mr. ND Mhatre, Director General (Tech), who also noted that the event will assist the Indian Textile Engineering Industry in developing their technical set-up and bringing on the highlight the students’ skills and the inexpensive technology at their disposal.

The President of ITAMMA, Mr. Bhavesh Patel, stated that students from various textile institutes would have the chance to network with industry experts, industrialists/stakeholders, and government bodies from the textile engineering and textile Industry and provide them with the data they need to put their ideas and projects into action under different government programs.

The first session of the event was held in hybrid format, including a live feed on You Tube that was accessible to everyone.

Next, industry professionals Dr. Ashwin Thakkar, a textile consultant in Ahmedabad, and Dr. Chandan Chatterjee, director of Evox System Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, stressed the significance of innovation-driven technical breakthroughs, affordability, and steady expansion in the textile sector. Citing China as an example, they also emphasized the need of effective textile production techniques.

The second session was a live event for students and professionals in attendance, during which three students from the following colleges who made the short list presented their creative projects to a panel of experts.
