Casablanca, one of Hong Kong’s leading home textile brands, has introduced the CASA-V 7A Uplift Dry & Glow Series, a next-generation quick-dry bedding collection designed to deliver improved moisture management, breathability and long-lasting freshness for consumers living in humid climates.
Building on the success of its CASA-V 7A bedding range, the latest collection combines the company’s proprietary textile innovations with advanced antibacterial protection to create a cleaner, more comfortable sleeping environment. The launch reinforces Casablanca’s continued focus on developing high-performance bedding solutions that address the challenges of heat and humidity across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
The new bedding collection is engineered using a specially developed fabric blend comprising 45% TENCEL™ Modal fibres and 55% polyester, combining softness, durability and moisture management. According to the company, the fabric absorbs up to 50% more moisture than cotton, enabling faster drying while maintaining breathability and comfort throughout the night.
Casablanca has also incorporated its in-house developed H-shaped polyester fibre technology, which enhances moisture transport through specialised grooves within the fibre structure while improving loft, wrinkle resistance and durability. The fabric is designed to remain soft after repeated washing and resist shrinkage and pilling, making it suitable for everyday use.
A key highlight of the collection is the company’s proprietary 7A Physical Antibacterial Technology, which integrates seven protective functions including antibacterial, anti-virus, anti-fungal, anti-mite, anti-odor, anti-aromatic amines and thermostatic fibre performance into a single bedding solution.
The antibacterial system utilizes far-infrared resonance technology, allowing the textile to maintain antibacterial effectiveness between 88% and 98% even after 150 washing cycles, while complying with the T/GDBX056-2022 7A textile standard.
The collection is available in five contemporary colour options—Snow White, Greyish Pink, Lychee Flesh, Cloudy Water Blue and Phantom Grey—and has been specifically developed for tropical and humid markets where prolonged drying times often create hygiene challenges.
Established in 1993, Casablanca Group continues to expand its portfolio of innovative home textile solutions through its Casablanca, Casa Calvin and CASA-V brands, focusing on combining advanced textile technology with comfort, hygiene and contemporary design.
