Precision Textiles Showcases Fire Retardant Technologies at ISPA Expo

Precision Textiles made a significant impact at the International Sleep Products Association (ISPA) Expo in March, captivating attendees with their cutting-edge technologies dedicated to advancing Fire Retardant (FR) solutions in the sleep products industry. The company introduced four innovative technologies that garnered attention for their commitment to quality and innovation, standing out for their potential to revolutionise sleep technology.

One of the highlights was the unveiling of IQFIT Flex, a patented FR material renowned for its ability to enhance mattress comfort and improve sleep performance in mattress designs. The versatility of IQFIT Flex allows it to be used in various FR solution products, such as traditional FR socks and the patent-pending IQFIT Glass Free NOSO Sock, which streamlines assembly processes and reduces costs.

In addition, Precision Textiles showcased IQFIT Comfort, a specially engineered FR inherent textile tailored for mattress manufacturers, cover suppliers, and various markets. Their partnership with REPREVEĀ® was also highlighted, featuring ENDURE IFR and ADVANTAGE SB non-woven products made with recycled performance fibre from 228 water bottles per 100-yard roll.
