Servotecnica, a leading provider of slip rings and specialized mechatronic systems, today announced the expansion of its US operations in Fair Oaks, California, to support and serve its rapidly increasing slip ring client base.
Servotecnica creates and manufactures tiny, high-reliability slip rings for sectors such as electronics, medical, aerospace and military, robotics, and packaging. Servotecnica slip rings are available in hundreds of permutations as standard, with diameters ranging from 12.4mm outer diameter to 100mm through-hole.
The firm also creates customer-specific solutions that range from changes to the slip ring’s electrical specs, mechanical boundaries, cables, connections, and more, to fully integrated rotary joints that include encoders, gearboxes, and other components.
“For over 40 years, engineer to engineer collaboration has been a key pillar in our offering when working with customers to develop solutions for mission critical applications,” stated Fabio Bistoletti, president and CEO of Servo “As we continue to achieve sustained growth in the USA, it is important that we also expand our feet on the ground in this territory.”
