Faridabad/New Delhi: At Sai Dham in Faridabad, the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI), in partnership with ABB India, has opened a cutting-edge smart center for electrician training. The smart center’s training program will use an end-to-end management solution, which starts with candidate screening and selection. These people will go through a rigorous training program that lasts more than 540 hours and lasts around 90 days. This demanding course of study is intended to make sure that the hands-on, practical training that learners undergo satisfies the most recent industry requirements. After graduation, ESSCI will collaborate closely with business partners to help with job placements, guaranteeing a seamless transition for the trainees into the workforce.
