Based in the United Kingdom, Annunziata will become part of Alva’s commercial team and will oversee the company’s product management and applications engineering functions. His responsibilities will include strengthening product strategy while ensuring greater alignment between product development, customer requirements, and application-specific needs.
Annunziata brings extensive experience in industrial motion systems, automation, product management, applications engineering, and commercial strategy. His technical expertise, combined with his business background, is expected to support Alva’s efforts to accelerate product innovation and enhance customer support across multiple industries.
In his new position, he will work closely with both the commercial and engineering teams to translate market requirements into product development priorities while helping customers identify the most suitable motor technologies for their applications.
