Meanwhile, the SAN FY is designed for processing uneven effect yarns while maintaining smooth and flawless fabric appearance in complex textile designs.In the Legwear segment, visitors will also see the dur needles, known for high durability and precision in fine hosiery production.For Warp Knitting, Groz-Beckert will display its expanding module portfolio aimed at improving loop formation precision, stability and operational efficiency.
KnotMaster Supports Faster Weaving Preparation
Within the Weaving division, Groz-Beckert will demonstrate the KnotMaster, a high-performance warp tying system designed to improve weaving preparation efficiency.The modular and compact system enables rapid warp changes and reduced setup times, helping weaving mills increase productivity and operational flexibility. The machine is capable of handling both complex fabric patterns and demanding upholstery yarns across a wide range of weaving applications.Live demonstrations of the KnotMaster system will take place during the exhibition.Groz-Beckert will also present its complete range of reeds, healds and drop wires optimized for different weaving requirements and textile production environments.
Nonwovens Innovations Focus on Automation and Efficiency
In the Nonwovens segment, the company will showcase several new technologies aimed at improving manufacturing productivity and process automation.Among the highlights is a newly developed felting needle featuring the advanced CB-barb felting needle design, developed to reduce insertion and removal times during production.Groz-Beckert will also present its Digital Ecosystem platform, designed to help nonwoven manufacturers optimize and automate production processes through digital monitoring and intelligent manufacturing technologies.Additionally, visitors will learn about the company’s specialized Mounting Service for nonwoven carding systems, aimed at improving operational reliability and production performance.
