Saurer Showcases Flexible Spinning Solutions and Smart Automation at ITM 2026

Saurer will present its latest spinning technologies, automation systems and digital solutions at ITM 2026 in Istanbulfrom June 9–13, demonstrating how textile manufacturers can improve flexibility, efficiency and adaptability in rapidly changing global markets.Exhibiting in Hall 7, Booth 709A, the company will showcase advanced spinning systems, pre-spinning technologies, automation solutions and digital mill management tools designed to support modern textile production from bale to yarn.

Saurer Highlights Five Flexible Spinning Systems

As the only supplier in the industry offering all five end-spinning technologies, Saurer will demonstrate its comprehensive spinning portfolio aimed at helping manufacturers optimize yarn production layouts and respond quickly to market changes.
The showcased systems include:

  • Zinser 51
  • Zinser 51 Zpact FX
  • Zinser 451
  • Autoairo
  • Autocoro 11
  • BD 8

The machines are built around Saurer’s E³ concept focused on energy savings, economic efficiency and ergonomic operation.According to the company, the systems are capable of processing a wide variety of materials including cotton, wool, synthetic fibers, recycled fibers, regenerated materials and high-performance fibers such as aramid.

Autocard SC8 Supports Flexible Pre-Spinning

Saurer will also present the Autocard SC8, developed to meet growing demands for flexibility in modern spinning mills. The carding machine features a 4.8-square-meter carding area, a 1.38-meter working width and a 1.46-meter cylinder diameter, enabling higher sliver quality, improved productivity and optimized energy efficiency. Its advanced design allows mills to process different raw materials and recycled fibers while maintaining consistent production quality and operational performance.

Zinser 51 Zpact FX Expands Production Flexibility

One of the major highlights at ITM 2026 will be the Zinser 51 Zpact FX, a modular compact spinning system designed for flexible yarn production. The system supports high-speed spinning, siro yarns and core yarn production while enabling mills to switch easily between compact and conventional spinning processes. According to Saurer, the technology also allows production of low-hairiness yarns at high speeds. The Zinser 51 ring spinning machine, already widely adopted in Türkiye, is recognized as the longest ring frame on the market with up to 2,200 spindles.

Autocoro 11 Introduces Duo Sliver Feeding

Saurer will also showcase the Autocoro 11 with Duo Sliver Feeding technology, enabling direct blending of two slivers using dual opening rollers. The innovation allows manufacturers to produce cost-effective mélange yarns in smaller production batches with high reproducibility, offering greater responsiveness to fashion trends, customer demands and recycled material processing requirements.

Digitalization and Automation Drive Smart Manufacturing

The company will highlight its Senses Mill digital monitoring system, which provides real-time production data for improved operational decision-making.Saurer’s automation portfolio also includes automatic doffing systems, AGVs, cobots and the new Hunter S1 designed to transport sliver cans between spinning preparation and spinning processes. In addition, the company’s Fancynation enables the production of customized fancy yarns on ring and rotor spinning systems, helping manufacturers diversify product offerings and target new market opportunities.

Texparts Components Enhance Spinning Performance

Saurer will further present advanced components from its Texparts product line, including the PK 2630 weighting arm series, high-speed spindles and the innovative Eshape spindle with Spinnfinity Zero underwinding technology. These solutions are designed to improve yarn quality, maximize productivity and support high-speed spinning applications across different yarn types.

Service and Recycling Upgrades Support Long-Term Operations

Through its Sun – Service Unlimited platform, Saurer offers machine upgrades and service solutions aimed at extending machine lifespan and improving processing capabilities for recycled fibers. The company’s rX Recycling Xtreme upgrades for Autocoro systems allow spinning mills to benefit from the latest recycling and spinning technologies even on older machine generations.Saurer’s showcase at ITM 2026 reflects growing industry demand for flexible spinning systems, sustainable fiber processing, digital manufacturing and automation technologies that help textile producers remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic global market.
