Yarn Expo Autumn 2023 to Showcase Latest Yarn and Fiber Collections in China

Yarn Expo Autumn, Asia’s premier trade fair for yarn and fiber, is making a much-anticipated comeback in China after the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions. The trade fair, scheduled for August 28–30, 2023, will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre in Shanghai, China.

Yarn Expo Autumn 2023 will be a platform for suppliers from Asia and Europe to showcase their latest collections of natural and blended yarns, including cotton, wool, flax/regenerated flax, man-made fibers and yarns, and specialty products such as elastic, fancy, and blended yarns.

The event is expected to draw leading industry players, including garment manufacturers, trading companies, import and export corporations, wholesaler agents, department stores, retailer/chain stores, trade associations, organizations, textile institutes, press, home textiles related companies, and designers.

Concurrent events at Yarn Expo Autumn 2023 will be the Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Autumn edition, PH Value, and CHIC. The fringe events at the 2023 edition will include a trend forum, fancy yarn vision, fashion show, seminar, product presentation, and an online and tailor-made business matching program.

Messe Frankfurt, the event organizer, has reported that many exhibitors are excited about the return of the trade fair. Senior Executive, Yarn, Texperts India Private Limited, Kyle Guo, called the event “an ideal trade fair,” adding that “It not only provides us with opportunities to obtain new customers and orders, but meet and maintain our relationships with old customers as well.”

In 2021, Yarn Expo Autumn attracted 429 domestic and international exhibitors and 13,037 professional visitors from around the world. With the trade fair set to return in 2023, industry players can look forward to exploring the latest yarn and fiber collections, networking, and discovering new business opportunities.

Yarn Expo Autumn 2023 is jointly organized by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, The Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT, China Cotton Textile Association, China Wool Textile Association, China Chemical Fibres Association, China Bast and Leaf Fibres Textile Association, and China Textile Information Centre.
